These Terms of Service govern your access to the website https://www.vipsense.com and all purchase orders placed on this site. The website is operated by Yichun Mingshi Trading Co., Ltd. When you browse our website or submit an order, you agree to comply with these terms. If you cannot accept any part of these terms, please stop using our website and services.

1. Binding Agreement

These terms form a legally binding contract between you and Yichun Mingshi Trading Co., Ltd. Our Privacy Policy, Return Policy and Shipping Policy are incorporated into this agreement. In case of conflicts between these Terms of Service and other site policies, the provisions within these Terms of Service shall prevail.

2. Age Requirement

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or reach the age of majority applicable in your region. If you are under the legal age of majority, you may only browse or shop with permission and supervision from your parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted under your account and all activities carried out through your account.

3. Product Descriptions

We curate a selection of Tops, Shorts, Jackets-coats and Dresses. We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions of fabric composition, garment measurements and styling features on each product page. Please read size charts and product details carefully before checkout.

Knit, lace and thin fabrics may snag during daily wear. Snags caused after delivery are not treated as manufacturing defects.
Color difference: Product photos are shot under natural lighting without artificial color alteration. Minor shade differences may appear due to varying screen displays, and reasonable color variance will not be regarded as defective goods.
Measurement tolerance: A 1–3 cm difference in measurements falls within normal garment manufacturing tolerance.
Care instructions: Always follow the care label attached to each garment. Damage caused by improper washing, ironing or manual alteration will not be covered.

4. Pricing & Price Errors

All prices displayed at checkout are final for your order at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time without prior notice. The price applied to your transaction is the price shown when you complete checkout. In the event of obvious pricing mistakes caused by system bugs or manual input errors, we will contact you before shipment. You may choose to cancel the order for a full refund, or confirm the purchase at the corrected price. We are not obligated to fulfill orders placed under manifestly incorrect pricing. Discounts and promotions can only be applied under the conditions stated during the promotion period and cannot be applied retroactively.

5. Order Formation & Cancellation

Submitting your order counts as an offer to purchase goods. A sales contract is established only after we send you the shipping confirmation email. Before shipment confirmation, we retain the right to cancel orders for reasons such as product stock depletion, failed address verification, fraud risk review or obvious pricing errors. If we cancel your order, we will fully refund your payment and notify you of the reason. We also reserve the right to reject or limit order quantities per customer, delivery address or payment account if we reasonably suspect fraudulent purchases.

6. Payment Terms

Payment will be collected once you complete checkout. You warrant that you are authorized to use your selected payment method, and all billing information you provide is true and accurate. Available payment options are listed on our payment policy page. Product prices do not include import duties, customs fees or local taxes, which shall be borne by the buyer.

7. Shipping & Returns

We provide free standard shipping for all orders, with estimated transit time of 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspection, weather or courier issues beyond our control. For returns: All eligible Tops, Shorts, Jackets-coats and Dresses must be shipped back to our China warehouse. The buyer bears all return shipping costs and related customs charges. Estimated return shipping cost for a single piece ranges from $9–$28. Refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days after our warehouse inspects and approves your returned item, and your bank may need an additional 3–5 business days to credit your account. 8. Intellectual Property

All website layout, text, product photographs, logos and graphic content on vipsense.com belong to Yichun Mingshi Trading Co., Ltd. or our licensed suppliers. You may view and browse content for personal, non-commercial use only. You are prohibited from copying, scraping, reselling or republishing our product images and descriptions for commercial use without our written permission.

9. User Reviews & Submitted Content

If you post product reviews, photos or other content on our site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content on our website and social media for marketing purposes. All user content must be authentic, lawful and not infringe third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove unlawful, offensive or fraudulent reviews without prior notice.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use our website for any illegal activity or violate applicable laws;
Attempt unauthorised access to our server, accounts or customer data;
Use bots, scripts or scraping tools to access our website or place bulk orders;
Resell our purchased goods in other sales channels without our permission;
Submit false information or make fraudulent payment and return claims.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms including payment providers and courier services. We have no control over external websites and are not responsible for their privacy rules and service terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our website and apparel products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for daily wear. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free website operation. This clause does not override mandatory consumer protection rights required by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

We will not be responsible for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits or goodwill losses arising from your order or website use. Our total maximum liability for any dispute related to an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs detention, labour disputes and extreme weather.

14. Indemnification

You agree to protect and indemnify Yichun Mingshi Trading Co., Ltd., its staff and agents against all claims, losses and legal fees resulting from your breach of these terms, violation of laws or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from your orders or website use shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If any disagreement occurs, please email us at support@vipsense.com first to resolve the issue before initiating formal legal proceedings. We will respond within 1 business day. If we cannot reach a settlement within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the people’s court where our company is registered.

16. Severability

If any clause within these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully effective.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, combined with our referenced policies, form the full agreement between you and us, replacing all prior oral or written understandings. Our failure to enforce any clause does not waive our right to enforce it later. You may not assign this agreement without our written approval.

18. Updates to Terms
